The Company’s Founder and President, Dean Steinhauer, is a 30-year veteran in the dental industry. Dean prides himself on coming up through the ranks and understanding the needs of dental suppliers and manufacturers from hands-on personal experience.
Dean began his career at Mycone Dental Supply Company as a customer service representative and purchasing agent. At that time, Mycone was the largest independently owned and operated dental lab supply company in the U.S. He has been helping dental dealers and manufacturers every since.
Following Mycone, Dean joined Shofu Dental Corp as the local New York field rep soon after they began doing business in the U.S. He worked his way up through increasing levels of responsibility, building Shofu’s business by establishing strong relationships with national dealers. Dean completed his time at Shofu as Vice President, Sales and Marketing.
Building on this experience, Dean was recruited to serve as Vice President Sales and Marketing and later as Executive Vice President of Union Broach Corp. He was responsible for restructuring the company’s sales and marketing infrastructure and for redirecting these efforts through dealers.
Since founding the Steinhauer Group, Dean’s clients have included Kerr/Sybron, Shofu Dental Corp., Pentron Corp., Miltex Instruments Corp., Dedeco International, Temrex Corp., E.C. Moore, Danville Engineering, Landauer Inc., Johnson-Promident, JP Solutions, Deldent, Compliance Training Partners, Inc. (HPTC), and Clorox Healthcare. In addition, he is a CEU provider through the Academy of General Dentistry.
